To view PDF documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

To read the PDF document with a screen reader please link to the Access Adobe website which provides useful tools and resources. Adobe also has a free online conversion tool for PDFs.
